You stay 2 to 4 nights on a property and capture it the way guests dream about it: rooms, spa, food, people, landscape. What you deliver is ready to publish.

Your work

  • On-location productions of 2 to 4 nights at four-star hotels and resorts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Photo and video coverage of the full guest experience: rooms, wellness, F&B, staff and surroundings
  • Reels-first editing, delivered ready to publish
  • You arrive with a shot list and direct yourself on location, nothing gets missed

What we need from you

  • 5+ years creating content for hospitality, travel or luxury brands
  • A portfolio that includes hotels or resorts (required, applications without one are not reviewed)
  • Confidence shooting interiors, food and low-light spa environments
  • Discretion on property: guests should never feel disturbed
  • German and a drone licence are a plus

You run the complete social presence of a hotel, from the content plan to publishing to the monthly report. The general manager should never have to think about social media, because you already did.

Your work

  • Content planning and publishing for hotel and resort accounts
  • Community management in the property's own voice
  • Monthly performance reporting that owners and general managers actually read
  • Coordinating with our on-site content creators on what gets captured

What we need from you

  • Proven experience managing social media for hotels, hospitality or travel brands
  • Native Czech and fluent English
  • You report in business terms: direct bookings, inquiries and revenue impact, not vanity metrics
  • A working understanding of OTA versus direct booking dynamics
  • Impeccable written tone across different brand voices

  • Leading and developing our social media managers
  • Making sure every property receives the same level of work, regardless of who executes it
  • Stepping into owner and general manager conversations when it matters

What we need from you

  • Agency background with responsibility across multiple accounts
  • 6+ years in social media, hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • You raise other people's work without doing it for them
  • Confidence presenting to owners and general managers
